Common Paint Protection Film Questions

If you have a question that is not addressed here, please call us at 832-77-ALLN1 (832-772-5561).

Warranty

Does your film come with a warranty?

Yes. Our PPFs all come with 10 years manufacturer's warranty, from the date of purchase, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years. That covers cracking, yellowing and peeling. It does not cover wear and tear from daily usage, road debris impact, accidents, collisions or intentional damage of any kind.

Cost

How much is Paint Protection Film?

Purchasing PPF comes down to a few variables. Your budget, parts, amount of coverage desired, condition of your vehicle, size of your vehicle, and brand of PPF. All of these factors are going to determine the cost.

Curing

How long does it take for PPF to cure?

PPF may take at least 48 hours (or more) to settle and cure the protection film. Avoid driving your vehicle for 24-hours. Avoid touching the film for at least a week after installation, but keep in mind that low temperatures along with high humidity can delay the curing process. Do not wash your care for 7 days after installation.

Timeline

How long does PPF installation take?

Most of the time installing PPF is the labor to prepare the paint for PPF. A proper Full Front End coverage will take one to two days to install, while Full Car Coverage could take up to five to seven days.
